When you fill out the contact / demo form or chat with us, we collect what you choose to share — typically your name, business/office, email, phone, number of preparers, preferred language, and your message or questions.
Like most websites, we automatically receive some technical data: your approximate location (city, state/region, and country, estimated from your IP address), your device and browser type, and which pages you view. We use your IP-based location to know the general area a visitor or lead is in — it is approximate, not an exact address.
We use analytics to understand how the site is used and improve it: Google Analytics 4 (which uses cookies) and Vercel Web Analytics (which is cookieless). You can turn off cookies in your browser settings, use the Google Analytics Opt-out Add-on, or browse in a private/incognito window. Blocking analytics will not stop you from using the site.
To respond to your inquiry, schedule demos, follow up about our software, provide support, and improve the website. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send spam.
We rely on a few trusted providers that process data only to provide their service to us: Vercel (website hosting), Google Analytics (site analytics), Resend (delivering our email), and Stripe (payment processing). Payments are handled entirely by Stripe with bank-level encryption — we never see or store your full card number.
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or opt out of follow-up at any time — just email FILLAPPOFFICE@CG6LLC.COM and we’ll take care of it. You can also opt out of analytics cookies using your browser as described above.
We keep the information you send for as long as needed to follow up and run our business, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it. This site is meant for tax preparers and business owners — it is not directed to children under 13.
